About Us:
Executive Women International® (EWI) brings together key individuals from diverse businesses for the purpose of:
  • Promoting Member Firms
  • Enhancing Personal and Professional Development
  • Encouraging Community Involvement
EWI began in 1938 and today is the premier organization for networking and leadership development for today's business professionals and their firms. Over 3,000 companies with approximately 3,500 representatives are members of EWI in 75 chapters located in major cities throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.

The Little Rock chapter was chartered in 1965 and currently has 33 member firms and 37 active representatives. The Chapter holds Dinner meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at a different restaurant or meeting facility in the Greater Little Rock area. During these monthly meetings, the Chapter conducts regular business, hosts guest speakers, promotes the leadership potential and active participation of its representatives, and offers ample opportunity for representatives to network on behalf of their firms. Managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected each year from the membership, the Chapter’s Board of Directors also meets monthly, and individual committees hold meetings through the year as needed.

Executive Women International® addresses the business professional's quest for personal achievement and drive for professional development. This non-profit organization is unique among the myriad of women's associations in that the company, not the individual, holds the membership.

EWI offers many benefits to both the representative and the company. Women who participate in EWI have access to a variety of events and programs, and their companies benefit through the professional connections and the recognition as business leaders in their communities.
